We believe coaching sessions shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should feel like a breath of fresh air. That’s why every session is tailored to meet you where you are in your well-being journey
Using the science backed methodologies learned through through the Duke Health and Integrative Medicine Coaching Certification, we will follow a series of sessions to learn what is important to you each session. We take the time to let you share who you are, what you are passionate about, and what you have for health goals. Together, we find the small action steps needed to reach this goal, with you as the client in the driving seat throughout those decisions. You know yourself the best.
Over the coming months we continue to meet and talk through roadblocks and celebrate victories. The coach will see you through until you feel your health goals have been achieved.
