Evaluating the Whole Person
When you consider the best version of your healthy self, what area do you see in the “Wheel of Health” that needs addressing? Physical/Environment, Nutrition & Lifestyle, Mental & Emotional Well-being, Fulfillment & Purpose, Physical Activity and Fitness or Sleep & Rest all impact your health. Each one impacts the others, and a health coach takes the time to let you think about what the healthiest version of you can look and feel like. Then, the coach works with you to take the steps to address any and all areas to get you to your best version of yourself.
The Coaching Practice
We begin by taking the time to get to know all about the client and what they value, and what is motivating the lifestyle change.
We meet regularly to discuss and create actionable health goals, all of which are driven by the client’s choices, as we believe the client knows their own life best.
As we go through the process, we continue to evaluate the action steps to ensure they are the best choice. This is a time of experimentation, we will continue to work together to find the most beneficial path toward optimal health.
During these meetings, we offer a nonjudgemental and supportive environment to discuss fears or roadblocks. We also help clients see that any success is worth celebrating! As you make lifestyle changes, it can take time for them to become true habits.

These 30 minute sessions are for you, during the down time while the kids are napping or at school. Let’s talk about what is important to you and how you can achieve it!

College is an exciting time, but can also be a lot to navigate. As you transition to adulting, it can be a struggle how to manage it all. These sessions give students an adult to talk to, who it not their parent, to help them find the path to successful independence.
